Welcome potential member!
The Alpha Phi Chapter and its brothers are guided by the Men of Principle initiative. The Men of Principle initiative is a set of nine goals that aid us in the betterment of our daily lives, our efforts to succeed in all aspects of fraternal life, and the recruitment of outstanding prospective members. Under this initiative, our chapter has grown to approximately 90 active members.
If you're looking to commit to something truly worthwhile, something that will indeed change your life in powerful and enduring ways, something that is greater than yourself, then Beta Theta Pi may be just right for you. Beta Theta Pi is dedicated to building men of principle for a principled life. Our brotherhood aids the individual, builds the Fraternity and strengthens the host academic institution through lifelong devotion to intellectual excellence, high standards of moral conduct and responsible citizenship.

Previous Recruitments
In the fall of 2014, the Alpha Phi Chapter initiated 24 brothers, as part of the largest recruitment class in the IFC that fall. In the spring of 2014, we also had an extremely successful recruitment period, with 18 accepted bids.
We are continuing to grow at a strong rate and we can’t wait to keep growing even more with every pledge class. We look forward to seeing you out at Rush!

Men of Principle Scholarship
If you are planning to rush in the Fall, be sure to check out and submit an application for our $500 Men of Principle Scholarship. We award the scholarship to one outstanding rush every year, and base our decision on the application and an interview held in the Beta house.
