Beta Theta Scramble For Soldiers Alumni Event 

 

Welcome Alumni, it is my great pleasure to introduce the inaugural Beta Theta Pi Four Ball Scramble For Soldiers Golf Tournament, benefiting the Wounded Warriors Project. The event will take place on the weekend of April 24th, 25th, and 26th, which coincides with Spring Game. The tournament itself will be held Friday April 24th at 2:00 PM at the Pete Dye River Course.

 

The event will be a standard four ball scramble, with the addition of having to use every player’s drive at least once. The tournament will also have a long drive contest, and a closest to the pin challenge; both contests will have awards to be determined later. The winning three teams will also be awarded prizes at the end of the round. A catered dinner by Bull and Bones at the Pete Dye River Course which is available to all alumnni and their guests  will commence at the conclusion of the round. Family including wives and kids are encouraged to come and will be included in your costs. 

 

It is also my pleasure to announce that on Saturday April 25th (Spring Game) we will be hosting a tailgate for the game at our location on Houston Street. Entertainment and food for the tailgate will be provided including a mechanical bull ride and band with the additon of more accomadations to come.

 

Signups for the weekend will be posted below; you may register as a group or as an individual.  A portion of your signup fee will benefit the Wounded Warriors Project, along with any contributions you wish to make. All alumni are encouraged to come to this Alumni Weekend regardless of their participation in the golf tournament. I hope to see a great turnout that will benefit a fantastic cause. The entire weekend will cost $150 for each alumnus with the additional fee of $50 if wives and kids are brought. Please follow the link below for registration and payment options.
